Melanie Beare of Insurance & Risk Management Group (IRM), an independent insurance agency, wants to be there for you for all of your personal insurance needs.

There have been many changes in the home owners insurance market in the last few years which have left many home owners scrambling for coverage. Melanie, since 1995, has been expertly guiding those home owners in need to find the right coverages that fit their needs and budgets.

“Especially with home insurance, a lot of people think there aren’t that many companies providing coverage out there, but there are,” Melanie explains. “You just have to do the research and we’ve already done that. We just pass that information on to you.”

During your initial consultation, Melanie goes through a thorough fact-finding process to make sure there are no gaps in coverage then she shops for the best quotes from providers that are among the most well known and financially solid available in the market today, including Tower Hill, ASI, Travelers, Safeco, Progressive, John Hancock, and TransAmerica, to name just a few.

Meet Melanie Beare

Melanie is a Florida native and Florida State University graduate who started her career in the insurance profession in 1995. She specializes in all personal lines such as Home Owners, Auto, Marine, and Life Insurances. 

Melanie and IRM are proud to sponsor the annual golf tournament that benefits Crystal Lake Elementary.  As a charter member of the Sanford chapter of WOAMTEC, Melanie is active in the community. Melanie has been married to Robert for 9 years and they have two children, Connor and Spencer. Robert's oldest daughter, Caroline, is also an important part of Melanie's life.

Originally from Jupiter, Florida, she enjoys the fall when she can root on her favorite football team, the Florida State Seminoles.  In addition to football, Melanie loves scrapbooking (when she can find the time) and shopping.
